I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was perfect. Being right on the beach made it so convenient to enjoy the beautiful views and take relaxing walks along the shore. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Lastly, the rooms with terraces were a great feature. It was lovely to have a private outdoor space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and there were no major issues.

Its location is favourable, near the sea, and the center of town.

The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, stores, and beaches. Convenient from San Jose. Lively nightlife. Warm water and great surfing. Central location for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The beach was awesome. Perfect location in the middle of Jaco. Safe to walk around. Clean property with a great ambiance. Friendly and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast and dinner.

I loved the hotel, it was reasonably large and clean, location was stunning and best possible very close to everything. There was a great-sized room with a super balcony. The staff was very amiable all day long.

Our Christmas stay was overall enjoyable. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the beach and soothing sounds of the waves to wake up to. The warm water and sandy beach made for a pleasant morning beach walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service at the restaurant and front desk. The room was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the room we were initially given had a strong odor of mold and mildew.

We have booked villa with clean facilities. The hotel had a favourable location right next to Neo Fauna.

During my recent stay in a hotel in the city center, I had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with many shops, restaurants, and beaches within easy walking distance. The room I stayed in was well-equipped with modern facilities and a comfortable bed. The hotel staff were generally friendly and eager to assist with any requests. the breakfast buffet had an excellent range of options that catered to a variety of dietary preferences.

The drawback of my stay was the condition of the local beach. Although the natural beauty was stunning, the stretch of sand was scattered with litter and debris, making it an unattractive place to relax or walk along.
